At ViceGripGarage, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your gear; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition. Please note that certain limited-edition items or custom parts may be final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
